Nothing wrong with that. :) I like pudding cups, myself. Mmmm, pudding goodness!<br /><br />The combination of cardio and weight training you're doing sounds like it's doing pretty well. And you have to give your muscles time to recover anyway, so I wouldn't focus solely on weight training. Like, if you go two days in a row, make sure to work on muscles you hadn't worked the other day or just do cardio. Muscles need time to recover or else you don't see any progress. There's even a study somewhere that doing weights twice a week as opposed to three times a week almost gained the same amount of increased strength over time as the other group who did more days of weight training. Because blah blah resting something something muscles blah blah. <br /><br />Hope your back and knees are doing okay! Make your hubby give you lots of massages!
